Dangerous WatersDangerous Waters by Anne Allen
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Did the book description relate to the story? Yes, I liked the description as I had a good idea of the characters and an idea of the plot.

How did you feel about the opening / ending sequences of the book? The best part was the middle when things start to fall into place for Jeanne. Her nightmares are explained and her family situation becomes clearer.

Who was your favourite character and why? Obviously, Jeanne. Like her, you have so many questions in the beginning and as each page reveals a little more, you take the journey with Jeanne.

What were the main relationships explored in this book? Family. We need somebody to lean on and this book shows how Jeanne has struggled with bits of memories from her childhood.

Was this book worth reading? This is definitely a book worth reading. It is an emotional story that brings to light Jeanne's journey as she faces her past. Will recommending it to my book club members.

Disclosure - I received a complimentary copy from the author which did not affect my honest opinion.
